Return Policy and Instructions

Here at Happegear, our goal is to guarantee our customers' satisfaction with every purchase. If you are unhappy with the items you’ve bought, you can return them to us within 30 days of your purchase date. First, please review our return policy:

  • Orders are eligible for return within 30 days of the order delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund. 
  • Domestic US orders: return shipping is FREE! You will be provided with a return shipping label free of charge.
  • International orders (outside the US): customers are responsible for return shipping and all shipping fees, duties, taxes and related charges must be pre-paid. You should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we do not receive your returned item, you will not receive a refund.
  • The returned item must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. We retain the right to issue a partial refund, no refund, or re-stocking fee if the product or product’s packaging is damaged due to the fault of the customer.
  • Refunds are issued only to your original form of payment. No exceptions.
  • All shipping costs paid during your original purchase are non-refundable.
  • Sale Items: only regular, full priced items may be returned. All sale items purchased are final sale and cannot be returned.

To start a return, please follow the below instructions:

  1. Access your account. You can also click the profile icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen
  2. Log in to your account by filling in your email and then entering the 6-digit code sent to you 
  3. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for
  4. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return
  5. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  6. Click "Request return".
  7. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you receive an email with shipping instructions. Domestic orders will also receive a FREE return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

If you have any issues at all, please contact us and provide your order ID. 

Refund Policy

Once your return is received, we will inspect the returned item(s) to determine if your return is eligible for refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Within a certain amount of days, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds: Please allow at least 5-7 business days to receive your refund. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
