Return Policy


Here at Happegear, our goal is to guarantee our customers' satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the items you’ve bought, you can return them to us within 30 days of your purchase date. Prior to sending in your return, we kindly ask that you contact us in order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include this number, as well as your order number, in or on the package along with whether you’d like to exchange the item or receive a refund. If your purchase is returned to us without an RMA, the item may be subject to delay in processing along with a 15% restocking fee. We also recommend you provide a tracking number for your return, as we aren’t responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds & Credits

Refunds on returned products will be given in the same form of payment that the order was placed with. After we have received and inspected the item we will proceed to credit your account. Please allow 5-7 business days for this credit to appear.


We will gladly exchange any purchases that qualify under the conditions outlined below within the 30 day timeframe. Exchanges are subject to availability depending on when the item is returned to us. We do ask that you pay for the return shipping, but Happegear will happily ship your new item to you free of cost. Please allow 3-7 business days for the replacement item to be processed and sent back to you.


Please read all the conditions below, if these are not met Happegear reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of no less than 15%. Returns must be in new condition in its’ original box with ALL the original packing materials, accessories and packing materials. Happegear is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. We are responsible for the monetary value only.
